  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; then stir in the diced apples.
  5. Drop heaping spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet with space in between each fritter.
  6. Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
