Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spray each muffin cup with cooking spray and crack an egg into each cup.
  2. Drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of heavy cream over each egg.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on top of each egg.
