  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Green onions,
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha if desired. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until soft and golden.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet with the Brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until everything is heated through.
  4. Serve hot on its own or over rice or noodles.
