  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest (optional – if desired)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry puree by cooking blackberries and water over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until soft. Sweeten if needed, then blend until smooth and chill.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, lime juice, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Layer the cooled blackberry puree and cream cheese mixture in popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for easy release.
