  • Additional flour for rolling
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water and instant yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Add eggs, sugar, salt, and softened butter; mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add flour while mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough in a stand mixer on medium speed for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
