  • 3 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In the greased baking dish, layer the cooked rice, followed by the beef mixture. Fold in chopped cabbage and top with undrained diced tomatoes. Pour in beef broth to moisten.
