  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Cajun seasoning
