  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
