  • 1 large onion, finely sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
