  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss fresh blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour in a mixing bowl; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine the remaining flour with baking powder and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
