  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer gently before adding cheeses to create a smooth sauce.
  6. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
