  • 1 lb. turkey turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 small red onion (diced finely)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend (or 1/2 cup sugar)
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, turkey bacon, onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Truvia Baking Blend (or sugar), and white vinegar until smooth.
