  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)

  • 8 oz farfalle pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for about 25 minutes until tender.
