  • 14 oz smoked kielbasa
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes; cut them into small cubes.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Layer half of the diced potatoes in the crockpot, followed by half of the kielbasa and half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
