  • 5 oz pumpkin puree
  • 2 & 1/3 cups flour
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream (cold)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, oil, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
