  • 5 medium apples (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
  5. Mix chopped apples with brown sugar, nutmeg, and lemon juice; layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
  6. Combine oats with flour; sprinkle over the apple layer.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
