  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice

  • For the dressing: mayonnaise, sour cream, Sriracha, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Mix cooked pasta with 1/2 cup dill pickle juice; let sit for 5 minutes before draining again.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/4 cup dill pickle juice, Sriracha, salt, and pepper.
