Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, green beans, and garlic.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix vinegar, water, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and optional red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil until dissolved.
  3. Pour the hot brine over the vegetables in the bowl until fully submerged. Allow cooling to room temperature.
