  • 3 tbsp half and half
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp half and half
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp pure pumpkin puree (for glaze)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (for glaze)
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg (for glaze)
  • 1/8 tsp ginger (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp half and half (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Grate cold butter into the dry mixture; mix until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, half and half, and egg. Add to dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
  5. Turn out dough onto a floured surface; shape into a circle about one inch thick. Cut into eight triangles.
  6. Place on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
