  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 45 small/medium-sized potatoes, cubed
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (or similar)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
  4. While the potatoes cook, season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Add minced garlic and your choice of garlic parmesan sauce to the skillet; stir for an additional couple of minutes.
  7. Combine cooked potatoes with the chicken mixture in the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and either cover until melted or broil briefly for a golden finish.
