  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat; grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
