  • 300g Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (165°F/75°C).
  4. Toss halved Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes until crispy.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour to create a roux, then whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Stir in minced garlic and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Assemble the bowl with sliced chicken, roasted Brussels sprouts, and drizzle with sauce.
