  • 2 chicken or turkey cajun-style andouille sausage links (sliced)
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 6 Tbsp butter (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F). Cut 8 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Microwave potatoes for 3 minutes total, then slice.
  3. Layer potatoes in the center of each foil sheet, followed by corn slices, sausage, and shrimp.
  4. Melt butter; mix with lemon juice, thyme, and garlic. Drizzle over each packet.
  5. Season with Old Bay seasoning; seal tightly with foil.
  6. Grill sealed side up for 12-15 minutes until shrimp is pink and potatoes are tender.
