2 chicken breasts
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
1 cup cubed butternut squash
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for roasting squash)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook cubed chicken in olive oil until golden. Add minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer until well-coated.
Steam broccoli for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender.
