  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Smoked paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs: Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling: Peel cooled eggs, slice in half, and scoop yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash yolks until smooth.
  4. Mix ingredients: Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and most of the turkey bacon to the yolks; mix until creamy.
  5. Fill egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into egg white halves.
  6. Garnish: Top with reserved turkey bacon, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and add chives if desired.
  7. Chill before serving for at least 30 minutes.
