  • 12 ounces tri-color rotini pasta
  • 2/3 pound Italian turkey slices (chopped)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 red onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (cubed)
  • 6 ounces black olives (sliced)
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped turkey slices, green and red bell peppers, red onion, grape tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and black olives.
  3. Add Italian dressing along with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss gently until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
