  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored Vegan gelatin
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 3.9 oz. pkgs. INSTANT chocolate pudding (unprepared)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup reserved Oreos (crushed)
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (optional for chocolate curls)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing them with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. For the chocolate layer, melt heavy cream with semi-sweet chocolate, then stir in vegan gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped heavy cream.
  4. Assemble by layering half of the chocolate mixture over the crust followed by half of the cream cheese mixture; repeat.
  5. Prepare instant pudding according to package instructions and spread over the layered dessert.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
