  • 2 sheets of ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons of caster/granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Spread Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle and add thin banana slices on top.
  4. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Cut thin strips from leftover pastry and place them in a crisscross pattern on top for mummy bandages.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Decorate with melted dairy-free white chocolate and dust with icing sugar before serving.
