  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sear seasoned steak cubes for about 3-4 minutes until browned but tender.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet; stir for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add drained pasta back into the skillet along with remaining butter; toss gently, adding reserved pasta water if necessary for a creamy consistency.
  5. Mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until fully melted and combined.
  6. Serve hot from the skillet, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
