Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Lean ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Black beans
  • Diced orange pepper
  • Chopped red onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Corn kernels
  • Sliced black olives
  • Sliced green olives
  • Chopped scallions
  • Jalapeños
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. Prepare lime sour cream by mixing sour cream, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Cut parchment paper to line the inside of a spring-form pan. Layer tortilla chips at the bottom, followed by seasoned beef, diced veggies, and cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
