  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup whipping cream (chilled)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Whip the chilled cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree with brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; layer over the first mixture.
  5. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and finish with Cool Whip and chopped pecans. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
