  • 2 cups gluten-free flour

  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in cornstarch-water mix, milk, raspberry syrup, and food coloring until well combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold in whole and chopped raspberries.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space between each cookie.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; cool on a wire rack.
