  • 1 large onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups red apple vinegar
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • Herbs: bay leaves, thyme, oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
