  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  4. In the skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add reserved pasta water and stir in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce along with chicken.
