  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, enough to coat chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss in a mixing bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Layer the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker.
  5. Spread minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  6. Pour Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken to coat.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until cooked through.
  8. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover again until melted.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.
