  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • apple, sliced
  • 12 strawberries, halved
  • cup blueberries
  • Small handful of alfalfa or broccoli sprouts
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup hot tea (black, green, or herbal your choice)

Instructions

  1. 1. Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown. Spread mashed avocado on each slice and lightly season with salt.
  2. 2. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the eggs to your desired doneness (sunny-side up recommended). Place one egg on each slice of avocado toast.
  3. 3. Top each toast with a slice of smoked salmon and sprinkle alfalfa or broccoli sprouts on top.
  4. 4. Arrange sliced apple, halved strawberries, and blueberries on the serving plate alongside the toasts.
  5. 5. Brew your choice of tea and serve it warm alongside the plate.
