  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, canola oil, honey, and vanilla extract; whisk until blended.
  3. Stir in grated carrots, zucchini, and walnuts until evenly mixed.
