Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning or more to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  5. Pour in heavy cream and add Velveeta cubes; stir until melted. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan; mix until thickened.
  6. Combine cooked rotini with the cheese sauce until coated, then return the seared steak to the skillet and warm together for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
