  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions until fluffy.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then add sliced bell peppers and broccoli. Cook until tender-crisp (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
