  • 1 box stove top stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, diced onion, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lightly spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pack the mixture evenly into the pan.
  4. Flip the loaf pan onto the prepared baking sheet to form a loaf shape.
  5. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
  6. While baking, prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup and white vinegar together.
  7. After 40 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and top it with the glaze. Return to bake for an additional 10-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
  8. Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
