  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 8 ounces thawed whipped cream topping
  • 6 ounces vegan gelatin mix (strawberry-flavored)
  • 2 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with baking oil.
  2. Blend pretzels into fine crumbs, then mix with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool on a rack.

  4. Dissolve vegan gelatin in boiling water, then mix in strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
