  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Pepper (To taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (Fresh, Finely chopped)
  • 1 can Kidney beans (Drained, Rinsed, 15 oz. can)
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans (Drained, Rinsed, 15 oz. can)
  • 2 cans Green beans (Drained, Rinsed, 15 oz. cans)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion (Finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, ginger powder, garlic powder, granulated sugar, and finely chopped parsley until smooth.
  2. Add drained and rinsed kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green beans, and finely chopped red onion to the bowl.
  3. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
