  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Cellentani pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
  4. Add honey and soy sauce; let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Lower the heat and mix in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet; toss to coat.
